• For Prevention (Oral Use): Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually 2 to 4 times a day. Try to schedule doses to allow for a nitrate-free interval (usually 10-14 hours at night) to prevent the body from building a tolerance (tachyphylaxis) to the drug.

• For Acute Angina Attack (Sublingual Use):

  2. Place one 5mg tablet under your tongue (sublingually). Do not swallow it.
