Returns & Refund Policy

At BuyAuthenticCareprost.com, we strive to ensure that every order arrives safely and meets your expectations. Please read our policy below regarding refunds, reshipments, and returns.

1. Non-Delivery or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we offer two options based on your preference:

  • Free Reshipment: We will ship a replacement order immediately at no extra cost.
  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Important regarding delivery time: Please allow up to 30 business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order after 30 business days, or if you receive a notification that your order is “On Hold” or “Returned to Sender,” please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

2. Partial Orders

In the rare event that you receive a partial order (items missing from the package):

  • We will issue a full refund for the missing items, charging you only for the products you physically received.

3. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Shipments

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address and to be available to claim the package.

If a package is returned to us because:

  1. The address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
  2. The package was unclaimed by the customer at the time of delivery.

Policy: We cannot restock or reuse returned medicinal products due to health and safety regulations. Therefore, fresh products must be dispatched. In these cases, a re-shipping fee of 50% of the original order value will apply.

  • Note: Since we do not store financial details, you will need to contact us to arrange this payment.

If the return is due to our error: If the consignment was returned due to an error on our part, we will re-ship it entirely at no additional charge.

4. Quality Guarantee (100% Satisfaction)

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you received:

  • Please contact us within 45 days of receiving the products.
  • We will issue a free reshipment or a refund for that specific product.

Note: Inquiries or complaints received after 45 days of delivery cannot be entertained.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • “On Sale” products (specifically those sold with less than 6 months until expiration).
  • Free Gift products.
