At BuyAuthenticCareprost.com, we strive to fulfill every order we receive. However, we understand that situations may arise where an order needs to be cancelled, either by the customer or by our fulfillment team.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately.
- Timeframe: We pride ourselves on quick dispatch. Orders are often processed and prepared for shipment within 12 hours. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
- Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation request is received before the order is processed, we will cancel the order and refund the order value. Please note that a cancellation fee of US$ 10.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
2. Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
- Unavailability of stock.
- Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Non-Receipt of Payment: Orders where payment is not received or authorized will be treated as cancelled.
If your order is cancelled by us, our Customer Care Team will notify you. If your credit card has already been charged, the full amount will be reversed to your account.
3. Refund Methods & Timelines
Refunds are processed based on the original method of payment.
- Credit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original Credit Card used for the purchase.
- Check / Money Order: If you paid via Check or Money Order and it has not yet been deposited, we will mail the instrument back to you. If it has been deposited, we will issue a refund Check to your Billing Address only.
- Bitcoin / Ethereum: If you paid via cryptocurrency, we cannot reverse the transaction on the blockchain. Therefore, refunds for crypto orders will be issued via Check or Money Order sent to your billing address.
- Note: The refund amount will be the Fiat Currency (USD) value of the order at the time of purchase, not the current market value of the Bitcoin or Ethereum.
4. Processing Time
- We typically process refunds within 10 working days.
- Bank Delays: Please be aware that once we process the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to credit the funds to your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by the cardholder’s issuing bank.
- Postal Delays: For refunds issued via Check/Money Order, please allow time for postal delivery to your billing address.
